  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  • Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips if using until well combined.
  • Scoop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until set, then let cool before serving.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
