These simple, healthy cookies require just three ingredients and are perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips if using until well combined.
Scoop spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until set, then let cool before serving.
Notes
