A quick and flavorful chicken fried rice recipe perfect for a weeknight dinner, combining tender chicken, vegetables, and savory soy sauce.

Instructions
Heat a large non-stick wok or skillet to medium-high heat. Add chicken and oil; sauté for 4-5 minutes until cooked. Remove chicken.
Add peas, carrots, and onion; sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Push veggies aside, pour in eggs; scramble until cooked through.
Return chicken, add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and sriracha if desired.
Serve hot, garnished with green onion if desired.
Notes
Use leftover rice for best results and quick cooking.
