This quick and flavorful buffalo salmon recipe is perfect for a healthy, spicy dinner ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces salmon fillets (6-ounce each)
  • 1/4 cup melted ghee or avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut aminos (optional – adds a touch of sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Dairy free ranch dressing

Fresh herbs like parsley, dill, and chives

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  • Pat dry salmon fillets, then whisk together melted ghee, hot sauce, coconut aminos, garlic, and onion powder. Reserve 1/3 of the sauce.
  • Pour 2/3 of the sauce over salmon, coat evenly, and marinate in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Arrange salmon in the baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, bake for 12-15 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes, brushing with remaining sauce until slightly crisp.
  • Serve with dairy free ranch, extra hot sauce, herbs, and green onions if desired. Enjoy!
