Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla.
Add oats, salt, and baking powder; stir to combine. Fold in 1/3 cup chocolate chips, reserve the rest for topping.
Pour batter into pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and cut into 8 pieces.
Notes
