½cupheavy cream
1cupdark chocolate, chopped
3tablespooncornflour
6tablespoonsugar
2tablespooncocoa powder
2tablespoonbutter
1teaspoonvanilla
½cupfresh cream
½cupdark chocolate, chopped
1tablespooninstant coffee powder
1cupwarm water

Instructions
Mix sugar, cornflour, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
Heat chopped chocolate, milk, and cream; pour into dry ingredients while whisking.
Return mixture to saucepan, boil while whisking; set aside.
Make ganache by microwaving chopped chocolate and fresh cream, then stir until smooth.
Mix instant coffee with warm water for soak.
Layer cake slices in a dish, brush with coffee soak, add pudding, then repeat with ganache on top. Chill for 2-3 hours, dust with cocoa powder before serving.
