A quick and delicious breakfast featuring creamy avocado and a perfectly poached egg on toasted whole-grain bread.
Ingredients

Instructions
Toast the bread until golden brown.
Simmer water with vinegar, crack egg into bowl, swirl water, then slide egg in. Cook 3-4 min, then remove.
Mash avocado onto toast, season with salt and pepper.
Place poached egg on top of avocado.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh eggs for best poaching results.
