Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned (7-9 min), drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2-3 min to flavor the beef.
Warm tortillas in microwave or skillet until soft and pliable.
Spread beef mixture on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheddar, drizzle with nacho cheese, and add optional toppings.
Fold sides inward, then roll from bottom to top into a tight wrap. Optional: grill seam-side down for 1 min per side for a crispy finish.
Notes
For extra flavor, grill the wraps after assembling for a crispy texture.
