Ingredients

Meat and Seasonings

  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 0.25 cup water

Cheese and Sauces

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.75 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Wraps and Toppings

  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • to taste diced tomatoes (optional)
  • to taste shredded lettuce (optional)
  • to taste sliced jalapeƱos (optional)
  • to taste sour cream (optional)
  • to taste chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned (7-9 min), drain excess grease.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 2-3 min to flavor the beef.
  • Warm tortillas in microwave or skillet until soft and pliable.
  • Spread beef mixture on each tortilla, sprinkle with cheddar, drizzle with nacho cheese, and add optional toppings.
  • Fold sides inward, then roll from bottom to top into a tight wrap. Optional: grill seam-side down for 1 min per side for a crispy finish.

Notes

For extra flavor, grill the wraps after assembling for a crispy texture.
