This easy flatbread recipe combines savory teriyaki chicken and melted cheese for a delicious, quick meal.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 piece Flatbread (Sturdy flatbread base suitable for baking)
  • 1 cup Cooked teriyaki chicken (Diced)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (Sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce (Drizzle over the flatbread)
  • to taste Sesame seeds (Optional topping)
  • to taste Cilantro (Optional topping)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place flatbread and spread chicken evenly, leaving border.
  • Sprinkle cheese, drizzle sauce, and scatter green onions on top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
  • Optional: Broil for 30-60 seconds for browning. Rest 2 minutes, garnish, and slice.

Notes

Feel free to add sesame seeds and cilantro for extra flavor.
