Instructions
Pat shrimp dry and prepare coating with flour, salt, and pepper.
Dip shrimp in beaten egg, then coat with flour mixture.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange shrimp in a single layer.
Air fry at 400ºF (200ºC) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
Whisk mayo, Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha to make sauce.
Toss cooked shrimp in sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray shrimp lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
