Enjoy crispy, flavorful shrimp coated in a spicy Thai chili sauce, all made effortlessly in the air fryer.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup flour or cornstarch
  • Salt & pepper Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg egg

Cooking Spray

  • Olive oil cooking spray Olive oil cooking spray (such as Pam olive oil spray)
  • 1/2 cup mayo, or light mayo
  • 1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

Instructions 

  • Pat shrimp dry and prepare coating with flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip shrimp in beaten egg, then coat with flour mixture.
  • Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange shrimp in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400ºF (200ºC) for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway.
  • Whisk mayo, Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha to make sauce.
  • Toss cooked shrimp in sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray shrimp lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
