Juicy, tender steak bites cooked to perfection in the air fryer, then coated in garlic butter and fresh parsley for a flavorful treat.
Ingredients

sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)

olive oil

unsalted butter

cloves
garlic (minced)

smoked paprika (optional)

fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Toss steak with olive oil and air fry 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway.
Melt butter with garlic until fragrant.
Toss cooked steak in garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve immediately, optionally add chili flakes for heat.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
