Juicy, tender steak bites cooked to perfection in the air fryer, then coated in garlic butter and fresh parsley for a flavorful treat.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  • Toss steak with olive oil and air fry 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway.
  • Melt butter with garlic until fragrant.
  • Toss cooked steak in garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve immediately, optionally add chili flakes for heat.

Notes

Ensure not to overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
