Ingredients

Turkey

  • 4 ounces turkey cutlets (about 4 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper (for seasoning)

Garnish

  • as needed Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate turkey cutlets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Arrange cutlets in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
