Enjoy tender, flavorful tilapia cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a delicious teriyaki glaze.

teriyaki sauce

Furikake seasoning (optional)
Instructions
Pat the tilapia dry. Mix teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
Brush half of the sauce on the fillets. Save the rest.
Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place fillets in a single layer.
Air fry for 7-9 minutes. During the last 1-2 minutes, brush with remaining sauce mixed with cornstarch.
Remove carefully, sprinkle with furikake or sesame seeds, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the fish for best texture.
