Enjoy tender, flavorful tilapia cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a delicious teriyaki glaze.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 fillets tilapia fillets
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 0.5 tsp. black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp. Furikake seasoning (optional)

Instructions 

  • Pat the tilapia dry. Mix teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Brush half of the sauce on the fillets. Save the rest.
  • Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Place fillets in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 7-9 minutes. During the last 1-2 minutes, brush with remaining sauce mixed with cornstarch.
  • Remove carefully, sprinkle with furikake or sesame seeds, and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the fish for best texture.
