chicken broth

grated Parmesan cheese
(plus more for topping)

Alfredo sauce
(store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Make Alfredo sauce: melt butter, cook garlic, whisk in cream and broth, add Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Mix shredded chicken, ricotta, egg, and half of the sauce; stir in parsley.
Stuff shells with filling, arrange in dish, top with remaining sauce and cheese, then bake 20-25 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before baking.
