Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Add oil, egg, and milk; stir until just combined. Fold in chopped apples.
Divide batter into muffin cups, filling about ¾ full. Prepare streusel by combining sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle streusel over muffins and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
