Instructions
Pour 1 cup of cold water into a blender.
Add greens, banana, apple, and lemon to the blender.
Add ginger, mint, chia seeds, and ice if desired.
Blend until smooth, about 45–60 seconds.
Taste and adjust if needed, then serve immediately.
Notes
Use ripe bananas and fresh greens for best flavor.
