Instructions
Melt butter, cook apples with sugars, spices, vanilla, and salt until softened. Stir in flour and lemon juice, then cool.
Place an egg roll wrapper on a surface, fill with 3 tbsp of filling, fold and roll tightly, then seal edges with egg.
Heat oil to 350°F, fry egg rolls in batches until golden, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm, dusted with powdered or granulated sugar, with maple whipped cream.
