Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment.
Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Add egg and vanilla, mix to form crumbs.
Press two-thirds of the mixture into the pan for the crust. Toss apples with sugar, spices, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla.
Spread apple mixture over crust; sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and apples are tender.
Cool completely before slicing into bars.
