Enjoy tender, flavorful grilled chicken infused with Asian-inspired marinade and topped with sesame seeds and scallions.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 8 pieces thin boneless skinless chicken breast cutlets (around 3 ounces each)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tsp fresh ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 1 Tsp honey
  • 2 Tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions green onions (minced)
  • 0.25 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions 

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pour marinade over chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-low heat and oil the grates.
  • Grill chicken top side down for 3 minutes until browned, then flip and cook another 3 minutes.
  • Transfer cooked chicken to a platter and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.

Notes

Marinate the chicken overnight for maximum flavor.
