A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining ground beef, fresh cabbage, and Asian-inspired seasonings for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

green cabbage, thinly sliced

onion, sliced

cloves
garlic, minced

fresh ginger, grated

sesame oil

soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

rice vinegar
Optional
sriracha for heat

Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
Stir in cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha if using; cook 5–7 minutes until cabbage is tender.
Season with salt and pepper; garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lime juice or sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
