A delicious and refreshing Indian yogurt-based drink perfect for hot days or as a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 medium ripe mangoes (or 1 cup chopped)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably full-fat)
  • 0.5 cup cold milk (adjust to your preferred thickness)
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
  • Pinch cardamom powder (optional)
  • Ice cubes Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Peel and chop the mangoes.
  • Blend mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  • Pour into glasses, add ice if desired, and garnish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt and mango.
