Cinnamon cream
250gquark(or Greek yogurt)
200mlcream(whipped)
50gpowdered sugar
1tspcinnamon
1tspvanilla extract(or Bourbon vanilla sugar)
Instructions
Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and flour; bake at 175°C for 15 minutes until golden. Cool.
Peel, core, and chop apples; toss with lemon juice. Roast with cinnamon, star anise, orange juice, almond oil, and brown sugar for 20–25 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
Whip cream; mix quark with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Chill.
Assemble by layering cinnamon cream, baked apples, and streusel in glasses. Garnish with toasted almonds or cinnamon. Serve immediately or chill.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with toasted almond flakes or additional cinnamon before serving.
