Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
Mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over salmon and squeeze lime juice on top.
Bake salmon for 12–15 minutes until flaky and slightly crisp.
Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in cilantro if using.
Serve salmon warm, drizzled with sauce. Garnish with lime wedges or herbs if desired.
