  • 6 medium Apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith) (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons Butter (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Toss apple slices with sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and salt until coated.
