Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish.
Mix apple slices with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
Transfer apples to dish, top with butter cubes, cover with foil, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Stir to coat apples in juices and serve warm.
