Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and melted butter. Set aside.
Combine flour and spices in a bowl. Pat fish dry, dip in lemon mixture, then coat with flour mixture.
Heat oil in skillet, sear fish 2 minutes per side, then transfer to oven.
Add garlic to remaining lemon sauce, drizzle over fish, bake 10 minutes, then garnish with parsley.
Notes
Serve immediately with a side of vegetables or rice.
