Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook wild rice in boiling water for 45 minutes, then fluff and set aside.
Place cod on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season, and top with lemon slices. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Sauté garlic in butter, add zucchini, season, and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Serve rice topped with baked cod and sautéed zucchini, garnished with parsley.
