A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring baked feta and tender salmon, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 pound cooked pasta

Salmon

  • 8 oz cooked salmon

Cheese

  • 1 block feta cheese

Oil

  • olive oil olive oil

Seasoning

  • to taste seasoning

Cherry Tomatoes

  • 10 oz container cherry tomatoes

Garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place feta and cherry tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Remove feta and tomatoes from oven, mash feta slightly, and mix with roasted tomatoes.
  • Add cooked salmon, minced garlic, and seasonings to the feta mixture. Toss with cooked pasta.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.

Notes

Feel free to add fresh herbs or lemon juice for extra flavor.
