Instructions
Mix honey, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade. Marinate the cod fillets for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place marinated cod on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
