Delight in these soft, spiced pumpkin donut holes baked to perfection and coated in cinnamon sugar for a sweet treat.

Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

pumpkin puree
(NOT pumpkin pie filling)

light brown sugar

egg

milk
1/4
cup
unsalted butter
(melted and slightly cooled)

vanilla

unsalted butter
(melted and slightly cooled)

granulated sugar

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients until smooth.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until just blended. Fill muffin cavities 3/4 full.
Bake for 11-13 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
Melt butter, mix cinnamon and sugar. Dip donut holes in butter, then coat in cinnamon sugar.
Notes
Ensure not to overmix the batter for tender donut holes.
