Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook shells and prepare sauce.
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Mix in pasta sauce.
Combine egg, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley in a bowl. Spread sauce in baking dish.
Stuff shells with cheese mixture, place in dish, cover with remaining sauce, and bake covered for 30 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle remaining mozzarella, and bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ingredients and ensure shells are fully cooked before stuffing.
