A delicious and nutritious bowl combining baked salmon, brown rice, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for a high-protein meal.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush salmon with 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cook ¾ cup brown rice in 1 cup water for 40-45 minutes.
Steam or microwave edamame until tender, and steam broccoli until just tender. Slice green onions.
Assemble the bowl with ¾ cup rice, broccoli, edamame, and baked salmon. Drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
