  • 4 pieces fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions green onions (thinly sliced for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar or honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush generously with the sauce mixture.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through and glazed.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes before baking.
