Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Slice chicken breasts in half, season with salt, pepper, and half the garlic. Arrange in a baking dish.
Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, remaining garlic, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and half mozzarella until smooth. Spread over chicken, drizzle with tomato oil, and scatter sun-dried tomatoes.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove, stir in spinach, top with remaining mozzarella, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes until cheese melts.
