A delicious and energizing smoothie combining bananas, coffee, and oats for a nutritious start to your day.
Ingredients

Instructions
Grind oats in a food processor until fine.
Slice bananas into 2 mm pieces and transfer to a blender.
Add coffee, soy milk, ground oats, honey, and cinnamon to the blender.
Blend on high for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
Add ice and blend for 2-3 minutes to crush.
Serve immediately in glasses.
Notes
You can add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
