These delicious banana oatmeal bars are a quick, healthy snack perfect for on-the-go or a quick breakfast.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Stir in oats, cinnamon, and salt until combined, then fold in chocolate chips.
Press mixture into the pan and bake for 18-22 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool completely before cutting into bars. Store refrigerated up to 5 days.
Notes
For extra flavor, add nuts or dried fruit.
