Ingredients

Bananas

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions 

  • Add oats and protein powder to a blender. Blend until ground.
  • Add bananas, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  • Add baking powder and rest batter for 5 minutes.
  • Heat skillet and pour batter to form pancakes. Cook until golden.
  • Flip and cook other side. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, top with fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey.
