Ingredients
For the Chicken Skewers

boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into 1.5-inch cubes

soy sauce

sesame oil

tablespoon
honey

minced garlic

ground black pepper
Wooden or metal skewers

mayonnaise

sriracha

tablespoons
sweet chili sauce

honey

lime juice

Instructions
Marinate chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and black pepper for at least 20 minutes.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, chili sauce, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
Thread chicken onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked and charred.
Serve skewers with sauce drizzled on top or as a dip. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, or cilantro if desired.
Notes
Adjust spice levels by varying sriracha amount.
