Instructions
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Toss chicken cubes in marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Whisk mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to prepare the sauce.
Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers and grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked and charred.
Rest skewers briefly, then brush with the Bang Bang sauce and serve warm.
