Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F.
Toss salmon cubes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
Press each salmon piece into panko breadcrumbs and spray lightly with olive oil.
Bake for 12–14 minutes or air fry for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
Assemble bowls with rice, cabbage, avocado, carrots, and salmon bites, drizzling with sauce and garnishing.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider air frying the salmon bites.
