Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb beef flank steak or ribeye, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 each avocado, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the sliced beef until browned, then stir in BBQ sauce and heat through.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  • Spread the beef mixture onto each tortilla, then top with sliced avocado, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese.
  • Drizzle lime juice over the fillings, season with salt and pepper, then roll up the tortillas to form wraps.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the beef in BBQ sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
