Ingredients

Flatbread

  • 4 pieces Naan or flatbread

Turkey

  • 2 cups chopped turkey

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Seasoning

  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Spread BBQ sauce over each flatbread.
  • Top with chopped turkey and season with salt & pepper.
  • Cover with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
  • Slice and serve hot.
