A quick and flavorful flatbread pizza topped with smoky BBQ chicken, cheese, and fresh herbs, perfect for a casual meal.

Ingredients

Flatbreads

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 0.5 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 red onion red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup corn, cooked
  • 1 slice jalapeño, sliced (optional) (for extra heat)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush flatbreads with olive oil, spread chicken mixture evenly, then top with cheese, onions, corn, and jalapeños.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and cheese bubbles.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra heat, add more jalapeños or hot sauce.
