Ingredients

Vegetable Oil

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Ground Beef

  • 1 pound ground beef

Bell Peppers

  • 1 red bell pepper red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper green bell pepper sliced

Yellow Onion

  • 1 small yellow onion yellow onion sliced

Garlic

  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Soy Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Oyster Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Hoisin Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

Sesame Oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Black Pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooked Rice

  • 3 cups cooked white or brown rice

Optional toppings

  • sliced green onions, sesame seeds, sriracha (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  • Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; cook until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper; cook evenly.
  • Spoon beef mixture over rice; top with green onions, sesame seeds, or sriracha.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
