Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking rack on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
Cook the ground beef with chopped onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne until beef is browned and fragrant.
Warm tortillas and assemble each with beef mixture, rice, beans, cheese, salsa, chilies, and desired sauces. Roll up tightly.
Place assembled burritos on the prepared baking rack and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas are slightly crispy.
Serve hot with chipotle sauce, sour cream, Greek yogurt, and guacamole on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime before serving.
