Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Melt butter in a skillet, add flour, whisk, and cook 1 minute.
Add beef broth, milk, and crushed bouillon; simmer until thickened (~5 min).
Mix in peas, carrots, potatoes, and steak bites.
Assemble in a 9-inch pie pan: bottom crust, filling, top crust; seal edges, brush with egg, vent, and bake 40-50 min until golden.
Notes
To prevent burning edges, cover crust edges with foil if needed during baking.
