A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry loaded with colorful vegetables and a savory sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Slice the beef thinly, toss with cornstarch, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, beef broth, and cornstarch to make the sauce. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet, cook beef 2-3 minutes per side until browned, then remove and set aside.
Add another tablespoon of oil, sauté garlic and ginger, then add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Return beef to pan, pour sauce over, stir to coat, cook 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or a squeeze of lime before serving.
