Instructions
Toss beef with flour and cook until browned, then set aside.
Sauté onions and mushrooms until softened and browned, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Pour in beef broth, stir in mustard and Worcestershire, simmer for 5 minutes.
Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, then add beef back and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Serve over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Use high-quality beef for best flavor and consider adding a splash of white wine for extra depth.
