A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining seasoned beef, vegetables, and cheese, perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

canned black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up. Drain excess fat if needed.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over beef and stir to coat. Add corn, black beans, tomatoes, and broth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over mixture, cover, and cook 2-3 minutes until melted. Garnish with toppings and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro before serving.
