A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining seasoned beef, vegetables, and cheese, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up. Drain excess fat if needed.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef mixture and stir well. Add corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with toppings and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime before serving.
