A hearty and cheesy pasta dish combining seasoned ground beef, tomato sauce, and macaroni, perfect for a comforting meal.

cans tomato sauce

parsley fresh, chopped

large elbow macaroni cooked
(about 3 cups uncooked)

cheddar cheese shredded
(or more optional)
Instructions
Mix seasonings together in a small bowl, set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, breaking it up. Sprinkle seasonings, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce and simmer uncovered for 25 minutes. Cook macaroni separately for about 7 minutes, drain, and add to sauce. Stir in parsley.
Preheat broiler, add cheese on top, and broil until melted and lightly browned. Alternatively, bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes until cheese melts.
Notes
For a cheesier dish, add extra cheese before broiling or baking.
