A hearty and cheesy rice bowl featuring savory ground beef, garlic, and rich cheese sauces, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and sauté diced onion until soft.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then drain excess fat. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.
Pour in rice and beef broth, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
In a separate saucepan, melt remaining butter, add milk, Parmesan, and cheddar, stirring until creamy.
Combine cheese sauce with cooked beef and rice, cook uncovered for a few minutes. Serve warm garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped fresh parsley or a dash of hot sauce.
